Having studied fine art and  fashion design in the U.K. I moved to Paris where my first experience in styling was working for Dazed and Confused, then in fashion design  working for L’Wren Scott.

Over the years I have been involved in all aspects of the industry from design, trends forecasting, textiles design, campaigns, fashion shows, films, celebrity styling, to more recently developing visual communications for operas, theaters, and orchestras. Here I showcase vintage and second hand clothing to create unique images.

In 2021, during covid I started drawing hair, using aquarelle and digital printing I created www.fhairplay.com   a guessing game of iconic illustrated hairstyles printed onto posters, t-shirts, bags and we are now in stores in Venice, Marseille, Montreuil and Paris.

In 2016 I launched a collection using upcycling techniques, pushing the boundaries of sustainable design paired with ethical manufacturing. The project continues and I am developing for 2024 new techniques with vegetal colour dyes, marrying clothing design with my love of textiles, so watch this space...

FHairplay is a collection of illustrations of iconic haircuts by Rebecca Lafont, a fashion and textiles designer fascinated by hair styles.

The illustrations are a inspired by iconic hairstyles from all eras.  How we manage to recognise people by only their hair...it is a guessing game.

My heros  and heroines of the pitch, the stage, tennis courts, the world of film, music, fashion....the collection is ever growing.

10% of the profits from online t-shirt sales will be given to charities that help refugees.

The T-shirts are made of 100% organic cotton and are certified fair-trade. The paper we use for the posters is 100% recycled. All the digital printing is done in Europe by the best printers in the business.

The Button Dandy collection is inspired by 70s Chloé, and 80s Laura Ashley. I wanted to capture an innocence and fresh attitude for women who are beautiful inside and out and who aren’t afraid of being themselves.

We don’t only use recycled stocks of fabrics, some are new, like our exclusive print, however they are all organic or recycled and they are always made from natural fibers.

Our collections are made in Bali by Alexandre Miel. We work with them because they are amazingly skilled crafts people and the atelier is managed ethically, I have known the team personally for over 10 years.

I try to design as responsibly as possible throughout the process. Each step is considered. We use techniques like patching to maximise the use of material, throwing away as little as possible.

There are only very small production runs because of the nature of recycled stock materials, there is a limit to the quantity we find. The carbon footprint of transporting the collection is for the moment off-set by a small planting project in Montreuil. This will grow as the project grows.

Our aim is to bring you beautifully and ethically made exclusive, limited edition collections that are as sustainable as possible, designed with passion and made with love.
